Established in the year 2007, InnoChannel Sdn Bhd set its core business on Internet Marketing consultation which is to help businesses to run their business online.
In 2010, we foreseen the rise of cloud technology and got on board into the Google Giant Enterprise and successfully became the Certified G Suite Premier Partner and later became a Certified Google Cloud Partner and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (Partner) in Malaysia.
We are proud to be a 100% local breed company and not branch or FDI from overseas.
Currently, InnoChannel provides email platform consultation, security advisory, email migration service and maintenance to clients. We also develop custom application and software integration based on Google Workspace API and Microsoft Graph API .
Google practises a 100% sales channel model where Google relies on certified partners to provide front-end support. Customers with a lot of email users usually would purchase through a partner in order to get front-end services such as system consultation, email migration, training and troubleshooting.
As a Google Cloud Partner, we are well-trained and Google certified in email migration in different platforms and provide valued-added services such as free remote support via phone, email and remote access which has much faster response time compared to getting the overseas support from Google.
Every year, a Partner must be re-evaluated by Google and pass 3 professional exams.
Currently we have 2 full-time local staff (senior engineers) certified with the above credentials and another 2 front-desk support staff managing over 500 local customers in different sizes.

In 2016, we became a Microsoft Cloud Partner by invitation of Microsoft in order to serve a wider range of needs from customers. Microsoft 365 cloud solution has also become part of our core business after efforts of deploying hundreds of Office 365 solutions to customers.
InnoChannel has deployed and migrated thousands of users from different email platforms to Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft 365 (Office 365).
